CHRISTMAS BOOKING INFORMATION

When reserving a Christmas booking prior to July 2019 we automatically reserve the 20th of December until the 2nd January for any Christmas reservation unless we have been informed of the dates you require.

  • Bookings made before July require a non-refundable £20.00 holding deposit to reserve your Christmas booking.
  • In July we will contact you to confirm the exact dates you require which must be confirmed by the 24th of August. We have other clients booking their pet’s holiday either side of the Christmas period and advise that you reserve the dates you need as soon as possible otherwise we cannot guarantee that we have availability you need apart from the original dates automatically reserved. A 50% deposit is then due, minus the £20.00 holding deposit. Any bookings not confirmed by the 24th will be released.
  • You must inform us of your preferred arrival and departure times at least 3 weeks prior to arrival.

Please note that we close over the following dates, there are no admissions and departures so your booking will need to either depart before the period we are closed or after we reopen.

Closed 24th (Christmas Eve) - Reopens 29th of December
