We spend a lot of time bonding with our guests and have several enquiries a day by phone, if we are interacting with a guest we can not leave that guest to answer a phone call. By using the website contact form it stops us from being interrupted during this important interaction. We are alerted to any emails received making it the quickest way to receive a response from us.

We aim to respond within 1 hour, if you do not hear from us within 24 hours please check your junk folder.
